What are possible side-effects from withdrawal from Bisoprolol and Candesartan?

I'm likely to be withdrawn from the above - how might it feel - I have a day job to consider?

Dear Mickyp
I came off Bisoprolol gradually over a period of 2 months. The end of which I felt great until I had reocurring bouts of VT beginning 1 day after coming off the Betablockers  and eventually ending up back in Hospital for 10 days and being put back on Bisoprolol.
The reason why I came off Bisoprolol was that it was felt the ablation I had 9 months previous was successful.
I dont know if this helps.

After having had my Bisoprolol cut from 7.5 to 5 for over two weeks now it was a bit like the reverse of going on it! I've lost some sleep as I tend to wake early with my heart going but that's fading too.

Also off frusemide and epleronone. I'm back on a newer stating and the muscle pain appears to be reoccuring , so that may be out of the window again shortly!

So, after all my fears probably a lot easier to come off than go on! I'll see what my BP and pulse are like in a couple of weeks...

To update this one - my cardio reduced the Bisoprolol to 5mg and then changed it to Nebivolol. The drop from 7.5 provided headaches and nosebleeds that eventually went away. I'm still on the ARB.

Since I get to the gym for an hour plus three times a week and am training for a 10K - I'm no longer worried about the meds - they've saved my life smiley
